    During your service visits, if you require the use of our Lexus Valet Service or our Lexus loaner fleet, please call-in advance so we can co-ordinate your appointment accordingly. Our Loaner vehicles can book up to 3 weeks in advance, but if you are in an emergency with extenuating circumstances, please let us know as we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    Your convenience is our number one priority. In the event you need a tow, we’ve got you covered. 

    If your car is currently covered under Manufacturer Comprehensive warranty (typically within the first 4 years or 80,000km’s), call Lexus Roadside Assistance at 1-800-26-LEXUS (53987) for services such as a tow, boost, fuel delivery or lockout service.

    If your car is no longer under Manufacturer Comprehensive warranty (Over 4 years & 80,000km’s), and you are within 100km’s of Winnipeg, call our complimentary tow service at 1-833-466-2869 for a tow to Birchwood Lexus. 

    Lexus Quick Alignment Check

    We are proud to offer our guests the convenience of complimentary quick alignment checks at any time. If for any reason, you would like to have your alignment checked (hit a pothole, brush a curb, etc.), call to book this complimentary service. Having your alignment checked often can help you avoid costly repairs such as prematurely wearing tires and suspension components.

    *Alignment checks are complimentary. You will only be charged if an alignment is determined to be necessary.

    Hunter Engineering Company’s Quick Check Drive® system provides autonomous alignment audits powered by Hunter’s award-winning WinAlign® software. Using 32 lasers and 8 cameras, the completely unmanned system scans a vehicle’s wheels as they drive through without stopping.

    During your purchase and for ongoing after sales services, we are proud to communicate with our guests by text, email, or phone, just let us know what you prefer when you are in. When you are in for service, we will often send you a video of your vehicle to show you what we have gone over. Our goal is for you to be 100% comfortable and knowledgeable regarding any services we provide. We are also happy to offer our service guests the ability to pay for any service work through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

    Connected Services, VIP Events, Promotions & Giveaways

    Lexus offers “Connected Services†” on some models such as the Lexus App, vehicle health reports, Safety & Service connect as well as other convenience features. In addition to Lexus Connected Services, we often send our promotions, invitations to VIP events (when safe to do so), giveaway opportunities, and contests to our guests by email.

    Although you do have the ability to opt out of any digital communication such as text or email at any time, to make sure you don’t miss out on any of these services and guest benefits, please ensure we always have an up-to-date email address and permission to email you.
